• Translate business ideas and requirements into technical concepts, software requirements, APIs, and workflows

• design REST APIs and integrations

• evolve the API landscape

• review functional and technical designs for scalability, security, maintainability, future business needs, and operations

• support innovative digital banking solutions including automation, AI-powered services, and agentic AI use cases; create shared understanding across business and IT

• contribute to agile ceremonies in Jira including refinements, Scrum or Kanban meetings, and retrospectives

• continuously improve APIs, processes, standards, and ways of working 

Support for shaping the technical foundation of modern digital banking, translating business needs into technical solutions across APIs, automated workflows, AI-powered services, and emerging agentic AI use cases. The engagement focuses on requirements engineering, solution design, API design, integrations, and improving ways of working in an agile environment. 

• Strong English skills are required; German is an advantage

• Experience or strong understanding of requirements engineering, business analysis, solution design, software engineering, modern architecture concepts, and agile software delivery is expected

• Interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI is important, with hands-on experience considered a plus
  

• technical degree is welcome but not mandatory if relevant experience and technical understanding are present
