Our client is an Austrian IT and consulting company delivering demanding digitalisation projects for large enterprises. For a project at a leading insurance company headquartered in Vienna, the Pega team is being reinforced.

Your Tasks

You design the application architecture so that solutions are reusable across insurance lines of business (claims, policy, underwriting)

You apply advanced Pega capabilities: performance tuning, security and access control, and decisioning

You own the integration design end-to-end, from REST and SOAP interfaces through connectors to data pages

You debug and troubleshoot complex application issues using system logs, PAL and Tracer

You guide and review the work of CPSA / CSA-level developers

You ensure Guardrail compliance and establish best practices across the team
Requirements

Valid certification (CPSSA / CSSA) or CPSA / CSA– mandatory.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience implementing Pega applications

Proven experience in performance tuning and maintenance of Pega systems

Strong grasp of security models and access control design

Confident use of system logs, PAL and Tracer to analyse complex issues

Experience in integration design with REST/SOAP, connectors and data pages

Experience in the insurance sector (claims or policy administration systems) is an advantage

Full professional English proficiency, written and spoken
