Our client has been digitalising and automating business processes for insurers, banks and financial service providers for more than 25 years. At its core is a proprietary component-oriented low-code framework used to build business applications for electronic files, inboxes and case management. As part of an internationally active technology group, our client combines the closeness of a specialised product house with the stability of a large network.

Your Tasks

Development of C# tasks for a proprietary component-oriented framework

Creation and maintenance of the YAML configurations from which the applications including user interfaces are generated

Implementation of business requirements in the areas of electronic inbox, electronic file and case management

Modelling and processing of document structures and their metadata

Independent code review of code generated with GenAI assistants

Ensuring performance and stability of the developed components

Independent exploration of the internal knowledge base
Requirements

Very good software development at senior level
-
Sound experience in C#
-
Confident handling of YAML configurations

GenAI assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code — and still fully understand and improve the generated code in your own code review. This is the most important requirement of the role.

C# knowledge, good architecture and process understanding and the ability to derive performance and stability requirements from it

An advantage: experience with XML configurations and Java as well as an understanding of document structures and metadata

An advantage: experience in the insurance or financial services sector

German is helpful but not a prerequisite. The role can also be performed entirely in English.
