Senior AI Engineer / Fullstack Developer (f/m/d)

Your Tasks
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions for insurance processes
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools, LLMs, and ML frameworks
• Develop RAG pipelines and LLM-based workflows
• Technical leadership and mentoring of the team on AI topics
• Fullstack development with Java, Angular, and MongoDB
• Create PoCs and prototypes for new AI use cases
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of project experience in software engineering (Upper Senior)
• Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies – extremely important (LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, ML frameworks)
• Strong proficiency in Java and Angular (base stack)
• Ability to lead and inspire the team as an AI pioneer
• Python skills for ML/AI prototyping advantageous
• Fluent English, German advantageous
